Chinese (Mandarin) classes or teachers? (Kinshasa)

Hi, we're new to Kinshasa, and looking for Chinese classes or a teacher (our kids are age 14 & 15). I've tried contacting the Chinese Embassy with no success, and the other African cities we've lived in have had a Confucius Institute. Is there one here?

Please let me know of any Chinese teachers/classes you may know of.
