How safe is Lubumbashi to Live and Work? (Kinshasa)

Hi,

I got an employment offer from Lubumbashi in sales and marketing of a reputed company into consumer products. they offered me Protected content per month with Housing and transportation.
But i really don't know how is this city and about the safety.

Also i dont have any friends or known people there...Thats why i am much worried to accept the offer. What to do? How's the city to live ?
