Living cost Kinshasa

Dear all,
I got a job offer to work in Kinshasa starting September for an East African company.
Since I used to live in Uganda for three years I can imagine very well to move.
But I am supposed to propose a salary I feel comfortable with. I already got some information on cost of living and housing in Kinshasa but couldn't find any updated information concerning tax, house keeping, salary for driver etc.
I don't have the highest standards, which means I don't need to have a house with swimming pool by myself, but I want to be able to live a safe and secure life.
Could you kindly give me an idea what might be a suitable salary to live in Kinshasa as an expat (tax included or excluded) and what else I should request?
So far I would pay everything from my salary (housing, transport, medical etc.)
