Need to install SNEL prepaid for my apartment (Kinshasa)

Dear All,

Please let me know how to install prepaid SNEL unit for my flat. I do not speak much french and it is very difficult to communicate to the locals.
As I also heard they (SNEL) try the maximum to avoid giving this service to expats. We completely lost our trust in SNEL and the owner of this compound. Please suggest if you know any better ways.
