Setting up a Japanese corporation (Kobe)

Hello all, I have a US corporation and I am now doing business and spending time in Japan. Can anyone refer me to a business advisor?

I need to understand what is involved in setting up a Japanese subsidiary or allied company, in order to have Japanese banking relationships.

Perhaps one of you have done this already? Any advice you have, I would greatly appreciate.
