About moving Pets to Krakow (Kraków)

Hello all,
My boyfriend and I will be moving soon to Krakow. We have 2 pets (1 cat, 1 dog without hair). My questions are the following:
- Is there anything like pet insurance in Poland?
- Are there places where we can put our pets (Pet hotels or petcare) while on Holiday?
