Forming a Company in Poland (Kraków)

Good Evening

My Fiancee (polish) and I (British) are planning to move back to Poland in the near future.

I have a few ideas regarding employment. They are as follows.

I work as a consultant assisting UK companies. This can be done with ease from Poland.

I would like to know what the process is of registering a company and also what Finance is available in Poland for start up companies.

Any advice would be very helpful.
