Information about moving to Krakow (or Katowice) (Kraków)

Hi everyone,

I know this is a touchy subject but I would like to know if you know people working or you work as customer service advisor, what salary should be expected? I have searched online and have an idea and I have currently received an offer from a company but I would like to have information from people in Poland at the moment. What type of benefits would come in a relocation package?
Of course without going into too many details, anyway if you don't mind sharing this information to help me make up my mind please send me a private message!

On top of that, I would like to know if there are any recommendations you would give to new comers things to watch out for and expect?
And how much do you spend in average per month for your living expenses all included?
