Moving to Krakow Assistance (Kraków)

Hello Everyone -

I live in Chicago and will be retiring in late January and moving to Krakow. I understand what I will need is a residence permit, a PESEL number, and medical insurance. Can anyone recommend any agencies or lawyers who can assist with this ? I'll be moving in with my girlfriend in her apartment so my accommodations are set. My understanding is that's all I will need. Any assistance or recommendations will be greatly appreciated. Thank you. See you all when I get there !
