Service Desk Administrator with DUTCH!!! (Krakow)

Work place: Prague, Czech Republic

Requirements:
• IT background is nice to have
• Fluent language skills: Dutch
• Communicative English
• Experience on a Service Desk is desirable
• Great communication skills

Responsibilities:
• Answering customers’ IT related queries in a professional manner
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software and hardware
• Respond to calls, e-mails, messages from customers seeking help
• Ask questions to determine nature of problem
• Walk customer through problem-solving process
• Run diagnostic programs to resolve issues
• Resolve technical problems
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved
• Gain feedback from customers about computer usage
• Proactive Remedy Queue Management
