Air Conditioner Maintenance & Minor Plumbing Job (Kuala Lumpur)

Dear All,

Just arrived in this lovely city last week with my family. We will be living here for the next 3 years, and according to our contract with the property's owner, we need to service the air conditioner units twice a year. Besides that, I am also looking for someone who can do the minor plumbing job for my kitchen.
