Anyone can teach guitar? (Kuala Lumpur)

I've been here in kl for 7 years, and since i was in college i really want learn guitar. I love music alot. I been caught up with work, busy life, and priority in life. And someone told me i will never learn coz im not committed on it. (it was an argument, lol) he is right. And proving to myself is never too late to learn. All guitar lessons i inquire so expensive with few hours of classes. If someone can refer cheap and reliable lessons within kl. Will be much appreciated. I think nothing is free now...
