Business Intelligence & Analytics - Manager (Kuala Lumpur)

5 vacancies open to Msians & Expats. Incumbent must come with Marketing Analytics experience. Proficient in SAS Programming, SQL, Datawarehouse and Excel Scripting. Brief of role as follows:

•Perform adhoc analysis and generate leads through extensive data mining of Enterprise Data Warehouse, internal and external databases using statistical software e.g. SPSS, SAS
•Leverage customer information and the use of advanced analytics techniques to provide business insights
•Develop segmentations across customer base and analyze product revenue, fee revenue, profitability, etc.
•Design marketing campaigns to test & learn around response propensity, pricing sensitivity, best time to contact, offer sequencing. Manage customer contact, tracking of campaigns and channel performance for learning and feedback.
•Participate in the development and application of propensity models and advanced statistical techniques
•Develop and provide Dashboard and MIS statistics to product managers and senior management
•Develop, maintain and optimize analytical datamarts for modelling, segmentation and campaigns.
