Buying a car. (Kuala Lumpur)

We are a family of 4. 2 adults and 2 kids.
We are looking at buying a new Perodua Myvi 1.3 EZi as it's just on our budget of 50,000.
Anyone know how good this car is for a family of 4. With 2 car seats.

What are the rules for car seats in malaysia ? Are there any ?
What suggestion would you give for buying a car with a budget of 50,000.
Is it true that buying Malaysian make is cheaper ? What are the malaysian cars apart from perodua ?
How quick do we get the car ? Is it straightaway like or do we have to wait
