Buying car on a budget. And need a dentist! (Kuala Lumpur)

I am in desperate need of two things: a dentist and a car!

I will likely need an emergency root canal as soon as possible. Any recommendations in Subang Jaya?

Also, have been perusing used cars under 10,000 on mudah. I know a fair amount about cars and am looking specifically for an early 90's BMW, Toyota or Mercedes. I found one through a dealer but am worried about getting scammed by them when it comes to transfer/insurance/etc costs. How much does this process usually cost? I will also go to Sunday car market and am hoping to find someone (man with linguistic skills) to ease the process for me. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
