Car Agent not giving money back.. PLZ Help plz (Kuala Lumpur)

Hello everyone,

We bought a car through a Perodua Agent (Proton SAGA) , one year back, Agent was supposed to get some insurance done and took RM 750.
And its been almost a year she dint get any insurance done plus keeps on making excuses not to return the money. Keep giving excuses (Personal reasons) , keep saying that will return in a month and 6 months have already passed.
I have all the messages saved with me.
Pls can some help what should i do now?
Should i file complaint against her?
Totally confused what to do.
