I'm organizing a chocolate appreciation, tasting and dinner on Satuday the 25 of June, this month.
The well-known WACS Global Master Chef Jochen is coordinating the menu and Chef Anil from Felchlin, Switzerland is coordinating the dessert. More on him here: Protected content
The chocolate appreciation and tasting will start at 7pm so don't miss that.I would recommend planning to arrive at 6:30pm, plus Berjaya can be hard to navigate.
Presentation dinner ensues where each course will be preceded by a short introduction on ingredients, recipe and ideas.
