Connect (Kuala Lumpur)

Hello all,
I currently reside in the USA but I'll be in KL this summer and was hoping to connect with people in this group and learn about life in Malaysia as a possible retirement destination. My wife is a Malaysian citizen. Perhaps there is an event in July I could attend to meet some of you? Or I'd be willing to treat someone to lunch to learn about what life is like there for expats (i.e. retirement, property, Malay language school, friendships).
