Cooling Dawn Procedure Malaysian Visa (Kuala Lumpur)

Dear Friends
I want to ask regarding my situation. I started work in Malaysia in February 27th, Protected content my VAL or calling visa from MDEC is gained at February Protected content a year contract. However, my project is will be end at May 8th, Protected content we will be sent back to my country.

If I got a new company, is my visa needs to cooling down for 3 months Protected content or we don't need to cooling down visa.
For more information about me this is first time i am working in Malaysia. IF I got other Company in Malaysia with basic salary Protected content thousand ) Ringgit. then I do not Require to go back to my country for Cooling Dawn, Vice Versa. is that correct information?
