Cost of Living in Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur)

I am working in India and have got an offer with a Tier 1 IT Consulting MNC in KL on a permanent basis. I have been offered Protected content per month. Other benefits include Company insurance, relocation bonus etc. I felt that this was quite low and will be negotiating the offer with the HR.

But please advise whether is this enough for a couple to lead a decent standard of living as I am married with no kids and let me know of the accommodation costs, eateries, utilities (Internet, Mobile, Electricity, Gas, Water) costs, tax implications etc.
