Easiest way for getting visa? (Kuala Lumpur)

Hi! Considering to move to Malaysia with family, but seems getting visas is difficult and/or required quite a capital.

I have been looking and seems easiest options are MM2H or setting up a Labuan company.

I am self employed, sales rep on commission for european companies, my business is all over Asia, but payeesa re European companies.

Any suggestions, recommendations would be highly appreciated.
