Employment pass - E-filling (Kuala Lumpur)

Greetings Friends,

my current company is trying to process my new EMPLOYMENT PASS.. and they are asking for E-filling slip from my previous company.

My previous company informed that since my salary was low and therefore it was not tax deductible .. do i still need an e-filling slip to process my new EP.

my previous company cannot provide e-filling slip.. I am in a big dilemma as at one hand my new company keeps asking for e-fililng slip while on other hand.. my old company say they cannot provide one.

can anyone guide me on this issue please
