EPF withdrawal (Kuala Lumpur)

Hello,
I am an expat leaving Malaysia and I am about to start the process of getting my EPF back. I can see that they can give me a draft in EUR instead of MYR. HAs anyone done this, and what exchange rate did they get? If I use a regular bank they will charge a huge charge that I would prefer not to pay. Do we know what sort of rate/fee the EPF may apply? I asked in the EPF office but they said that they couldn't give it to me.
