Epicor Software is hiring Inside Sales Reps (Kuala Lumpur)
Epicor Software is currently recruiting Inside Sales Representatives to oversee the Australia market. As a Business Development Representative, working out of our Damansara Uptown office, you’ll have two key functions that are essential in ensuring our business growth:
1. To contact key decision-makers in a variety of small- to medium-sized businesses across Australia and generate interest in our products.
2. To conduct market research to be followed up by our Sales Managers in the field.

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate their success in sales or telemarketing and possess outstanding corporate communication skills. • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Inside sales experience selling software or software-as-a-service
• Attention to detail in working with internal systems (CRM, Sales Force, etc.).
• Ability to quickly learn and apply new information in customer-facing scenarios
• Confidence to overcome objections and convert interest into qualified leads
• Must be independent, self-motivated and success-driven, yet willing to work within a team environment
• Lead generation, cold calling, objection handling and closing experience desired
