Expat taxes (Kuala Lumpur)

Hi, I will be going to Kuala Lumpur in the next 2 months and I would like to know the social contribution for an employee as well as the income tax rates as I am currently negotiating my contract. I have visited the Inland Revenue Board Of Malaysia web site and I have seen the rates for Protected content , are these the ones? Moreover has anything changed for Protected content ? My company told me that it taxes are flat 15% but I see that it goes up to 26%, which is true?
