Fund raising event with a French Chef (Kuala Lumpur)

DEAR INTERNATIONS MEMBERS AND FRIENDS,

On November 13, 14, 15 and 16, Kino fundraising Event "Culinary Ecstasy", in Kuching (Sarawak) will be honored to host the French Chef Sebastien Buecher from the Auberge Frankenbourg in Alsace (France), One Star Michelin and voted "Young talent in Protected content by Gault & Millau.
This fundraising for teenage and single mothers is in support of Purple Lily, a signature project of Soroptimiste International Kuching.

Programme:

NOV 13, 14 and 15, Protected content
DEMONSTRATION-DEGUSTATION"feasting"
3 afternoon sessions of demonstrative course. 3 recipes per session. 3 different menus. Demonstration by Michelin Chef Buecher and seconded by 5 top-notched local Chefs.
Price per pax per session of 2 hours:
1 session MYR250.00 / 2 sessions: MYR450 / 3 sessions: MYR650
Maximum of 20 per group
Time: 4-6pm

NOV 16, Protected content
THE GALA
Chef Sebastien Buecher offers a six-course French Contemporary Cuisine menu.
A specific wine between each course specially chosen by the Chef.
French musicians throughout the evening for maximum ambience.
Tables can be reserved from 4 persons and upwards.
Chef Buecher willbe seconded by 5 top local Chefs from well know restaurants with western culinary experience.
To ensure excellence of quality Chef Buecher has requested not more than 50 pax for this evening.
Price: MYR650/pers
Time: 7.30pm
Venue: Pullman hotel, Kuching, Sarawak.
