Furniture inspection needed (Kuala Lumpur)

There's issues with my new sofa from a "premier" KL furniture store.

This company has given me the runaround for a couple of weeks now, blaming the manufacturer – and saying that the issue stems from someone lying on the sofa. (Are you kidding me?)

I finally gave them a deadline to respond with a concrete solution to our complaint but, in the meantime, would like an independent inspection to build our case.

I've found independent furniture inspection companies for consumers online ( Protected content , Protected content , Protected content but nothing, so far, for Malaysia.

I've also rang a furniture association and a non-KL furniture inspection company but they both only deal with large-scale commercial entities.

Does anyone know of a company or someone that has experience in furniture making and/or inspections that could look at my sofa?

Or any ideas to assist with this?
