Getting tax stuff sorted (Kuala Lumpur)

Hi Guys, I just moved here three months ago and I am confused by the tax rules. I understand I need to stay in the country for Protected content but what happens if i leave for a week? Do i need to start the Protected content all over again? Where is a good website to read all the rules and when should I be filling in the tax documents? I have found a few websites but nothing that offers that much help. I am currently paying alot of tax so looking forward to it coming down! Any suggestions or advice would be much appreciated!
