Help on Malaysia Tax (Kuala Lumpur)

I will be moving to KL with family in mid August, I want to know that if I transfer money from my current country of residence now or during coming years, do I have to pay tax on it?
Is it recommended to have a tax adviser firm/agent in KL? If yes, could be please suggest any?
