Hiring / Seeking for Advice: Office Clerk (Visa) (Kuala Lumpur)

Dear All,

Our Organisation is currently looking into the option to hire someone (part time at the beginning and full time later on) to take over all our Immigration processes, because we are non-for-profit and therefore, we are unable to pay high agency fees.

I would be happy to receive application or suggestion for individuals for following role:

Excellent or Native Malay speaker (writing and speaking) and with good level of English
Available 2 and half day per week
Ability to travel to Immigration once per week (not Mondays/Fridays)
Willing to work with students from local University

The role is most likely to evolve to a permanent clerk role with the addition to handle all Immigration engagement for our organisation. Therefore, we are looking for someone committed and a great understand to work in non-for-profit environment.

Spacious office space is provided in Kelana Jaya
Pay will be a set per application at the beginning, once taken over full time, there will be a set salary. We are expecting around 10 Applications per month, however, we believe it will increase once we have found someone who will be able to handle all the paper work for us.
