Job Description

Customer Support Executive is responsible for all types of communications with existing clients in their region:

•answering clients about all technical support questions;
•processing requests;
•supporting Company good image;

Job Responsibilities
•To ensure operating systems are functioning properly and report to

•To process client's request via phone call, live chat, service desk,

•To escalate issue to appropriate specialist when needed via Wox;
•To update clients on their request status accordingly;
•To constantly verify documents submitted by client within specific

•To attend all seminar scheduled by the company for the employee;
•To complete Daily Performance Report on time;
•To achieve KPI target set by team leader;
•To perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by manager.

Required Knowledge

•Languages: Native speaker for required regions, English – fluent

•Diploma of Higher education;
•Minimum 2 years of working experience in customer service
Protected content China Customer;
•Skilled PC user;
•Basic mathematical skills.
•Able to work in Shift
•Able to work 5 days / week including Saturdays, Sundays and PH

G tower - Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur

Mondays to Sundays
5 days / week based on work schedule
Including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays
Working Hours :
8hrs / day - based on work schedule
