Home Improvement tips? (Kuala Lumpur)

Anyone in the KL area (central/Bukit Tunku) that would be able to recommend a decent plumber/electrician? With anything approaching European standards? Have had a total flat renovation (minus two of the bathrooms, we just couldn't take it any more) so far, with appalling results. In urgent need of reliable professionals who actually know what they're doing.

And no, we don't expect it to be perfect - have lived her long enough...:) - but even a semblance of East European workmanship would be OK. At least we'd expect someone that won't try to electrocute us or flood the whole bl..dy flat like the last lot...
