house with a garden? (Kuala Lumpur)

Hi
Can anyone tell if it is possible to rent somewhere with three bedrooms and a garden for a reasonable rent?
We should be moving to KL in September but have no housing allowance paid.
As we have two dogs, we are wondering if it will be feasible to find suitable accomodation that we can afford.
Any insights welcome!
