How long ? (Kuala Lumpur)

Folks, can you please suggest the timelines for getting the endorsement of employment pass on my passport, i arrived in KL on 3rd June and handed over my passport to my HR for stage2 ( endorsement of ep), since while entering KL at the port of entry i received one month stamping ie till 3rd july. I have hardly 9 more days left and not received my passport yet, can anyone let me know how long normally it takes, why so much delay ? should i be worried ?

Also many areas on the web and other sites, i read specifically the timeline for endorsement is 3 working days, in my case its already 10 working days.
