I-Pass benefits (Kuala Lumpur)

Hi,

Does anyone know what the benefits are of having a Malaysian I-Pass? It is sort of light brown/gold in colour. I got one last year and have been carrying it around whenever I travel within Malaysia. Not all of my colleagues who arrived here the same time as me got a card.

There have been a few resorts and tourist places where when I presented it, I was able to get a discount, but it is hit and miss. Has anyone got an idea of what it is for? I didn't really get any guidelines when it was sent me. Also if anyone has been to places where they have had success in receiving special privileges for carrying the card please do share.
