Income Tax Question (Kuala Lumpur)

I have joined a company almost 2 months ago, and was advised that the income tax is 26% for the next 6 months Protected content .

Does someone know if 26% is a general tax percentage, or should be based on the monthly income. When and how will the tax be returned?

What will be the tax after Protected content ? 2 or 5%?

I have tried calling two different numbers but either no answer or they couldn't help me with my inquiry.
