Does Malaysia let expats apply for a work visa, without a company sponsorship ?
For Ex:
A company in Malaysia might be ready to hire you but not sponsor your visa or alternatively can one apply an independent work visa by himself/herself which is not tied to any particular organization ?
If yes, what is the procedure and approximate cost.
