International school and best place to live in KL (Kuala Lumpur)

Hi,
i have a child 15th months old and i need some suggestions in order to the better international school for him in KL. Please, consider that we will live in down town and we will work in a building close to the airport.
I ask you in order of the better place to live for a family with a kid so Young, good place for expat and close to the down town. Have someone suggestions also for a good condominium.
