is this common symptom for new relocated expats (Kuala Lumpur)

i have been relocated from xiamen china to malaysia for about 2 months now..in xiamen its about Protected content now..here its so hot..i was trying to get used to the weahter and hot waves ..humidity..here..daytime try not go out ...but i still feel im getting sick..i dont have any symptoms like feeling faint in china..but here i frequently have this problem..

are there are one who come from cold place , have you ever encountered my problem before?..appreciate your suggestions.
