Job Vacancy - Procurement Administrator (Kuala Lumpur)
We are looking for a Procurement Administrator urgently.
1.Manage various procurement projects that include the areas of purchasing, contracting, sourcing, and commodity management.
2.Understand business objectives so as to generate project information, action items, schedule, and deliverables for the team.
3.Create and design specifications as requested by sales and account management unit.
4.Liaise directly with vendor for quotation as per requested
5.Raising purchase requisition (PR) and record the revenue/cost for each deals
6.Record and prepare vendor payable submission to finance division
7.Advising finance for client billing once service rendered and ensure vendor invoice in order
1.Perform duties independently under general, minimal supervision within specific assignments; research, analyze and make recommendations and advisable on administrative, management and procedural practices and other complex business problems
2.Have the ability to plan, organize, and structure work.
3.Skilled in Excel, Word, and other word processing software programs.
4.Ability to multitask.
5.Have good interpersonal skills
6.Able to work in urgency and pressure
Finance background is an added advantage.
