Kidney dialysis/expat healthcare insurance in KL? (Kuala Lumpur)

From the little bit I googled on it there appears to be 3 ways of getting dialysis done, but apparently some of the hospitals or clinics are full up so getting a seat may be a problem should I want to spend months at a time in KL..

Double sided question then: Is there Malaysian health insurance I can obtain like I do here in the Philippines as an expat, and/or what's it cost for dialysis
