Killing time with (cheap) beer (Kuala Lumpur)

I have a couple of hours to kill in KL before a plane

I just want to go somewhere central and have a couple of beers.

I don't need to meet any girls, I don't need to meet any men, I don't need anything except a bar, which is open in the afternoon, and maybe a pool table and a 'funky' atmosphere.

Above all I DO NOT WANT TO PAY $5 for a $2 beer.

I cannot enjoy dreadful Asian beer while being ripped off and I certainly don't want to pay through the nose for super-overpriced foreign.

Just a nice cheap bar in the center, please....
