Labuan office ! (Kuala Lumpur)

Hi,

I recently realized that I need 'physical office ' in Labuan, in order to have a marketing office licence in KL.
Since we don't intend to ''pay'' anymore for exempting us from having the physical office - would anyone know a business centre or some real estate agent who can help out in this one ? Budget is about Protected content / month..for a Protected content or so office. just to show as an office presence there.

Any alternative suggestions are most welcome as well !
