Live in KL (Kuala Lumpur)

Hi,

A company base in KL want to hire me and they propose me Protected content per month before income tax. They can't provide me apartment, car, health insurance...
So my question is, Can I have a good standard living with about Protected content a month? My wife and my daughter, four years old, will follow me on this adventure.
It's quite risky adventure, but I like the project the company propose me. So i need your help.

For the story I'm french and I live in India since a year and half.
