Hey guys ,
Someone i know is in the process of applying franchise of "Gloria jeans coffee shop" so we are looking for a strategic place that quite near to offices, hospital or even university , so do you guys have any suggestions of a hyper active area that doesnt have so many coffee shop competitors such as starbucks , coffee bean ...etc?
