Month long rental of a car in KL/PJ? (Kuala Lumpur)

Hey everyone -

Moving to KL in a few weeks and am looking to rent a car for the first month while we get our lives settled somewhere around KL or PJ. I've gotten quotes from the large multinational companies (Hertz, Avis, Europcar, etc), but am wondering if anyone has suggestions about alternative companies to use?
Conversely, any suggestions on what/who I should watch out for/stay away from?
