Moving to KL need some thoughts and advise (Kuala Lumpur)

Dear all,

I need some thougths and advise on my move from Singapore to KL on package of Protected content MYR. ( no housing or car provided)
-Likely to settle down in Brickfield to make my family more confortable around Indian communities
- My office is in Bukit Jelutong,Shah Alam. how long will it take to reach from Brickfield and how much will I be spending on Toll/Petrol?
- How is the income tax paid here, is it monthly/annually and what will be my approxiate monthly/annual income tax liability?
- how much will be the monthly expenses of moderate spending family of 2+infant.(good housing+utilties+grocery+ decent weekend dining)
