moving to KL next month--need help! (Kuala Lumpur)

Any of you knows if there's an available furnished apartment (3br) near KLIA and how much it will cost? And is Protected content enough for three single people to live in KL comfortably? I need a little help with the cost of rent, food budget for a month, transportation budget and tax that we will be paying. I heard that its almost the same as Philippines but i still want to be sure if we can get by with that monthly income. Protected content , are we still going to have some savings or that's just enough?
