new life (Kuala Lumpur)

HI,

I am planning with my fiance to move to Kuala Lumpu, Singapore or Australia. We want to move to a relaxed coutry... by this I mean a chilled out atmosphere , beach, good weather, etc ... where I could also teach scuba diving.

Would you say that Malaysia has this type of feeling? this goes beyond work possibilities, prices of houses, etc ... thank you
