Newbie here with many questions (Kuala Lumpur)

New to this group. G'day all. Single male moving to KL from Sydney to open up a new IT firm. Need your expert recommendations on the below

1) Office location - we want to get a space in Ilham tower, KLCC and will be hiring staff - Is this a good location for staff? Also open to coworking spots in KLCC so please suggest.

2) Apartment - need to rent an apartment for myself, budget is 10 to Protected content in KLCC. Looking at ritz carlton residence, One KL or four points residences. Any views on which one is better or any others I should consider. Need a nice space.

3) Car - Need to buy a nice car thinking a BMW 7 series - company will pay for it 🤣so wondering how much deposit do I require to secure a loan. Is it easy to get a loan for expats.

4) Bank - which banks are good for personal and business banking.

5) Full time maid - I am a busy bee (read lazy) so need a maid to cook and clean. Any good agencies or websites where I can find them. Also any idea on estimate costs for a full time maid. What should Ibe prepare to pay per month for an experienced maid.

6) Tax - any fellow aussies in the group that can help me understand what will be the tax I'll pay when over there. I pay close to 45% tax in OZ so hoping it's lower.

Lastly, what good dating sites should I use. Was in a relationship for almost a decade till Protected content since then just focussed on work so my dating game is non-existent. Just seeing if it's possible to find a long term partner in these apps or is it a waste of time. New country, living alone would be boring. Any advice?
